New Toy

I actually found a toy that can hold Jack's interest for more than 30 seconds. He spent a good 5 minutes this morning playing with the hen (it makes makes clucking noises when you lift it off its eggs.) He just flipped it up and down, up and down, taking an occasional break to smile for the camera.

As you can see from the pictures, Jack still has no teeth, and no sign of them coming. He also does not want to crawl still. Though that doesn't keep him from climbing and scooching all around. His new thing to do at bedtime is stand up in his crib and pull down the mobile.

There are many good pictures coming soon. I have to confess that we did not take any pictures while we were in Seattle for the weekend. But Uncle Chris did, so I plan on stealing some of his pics and sharing them with you.

Too Cute

Finally!

It's finally summer and Jack has been quite busy the past couple of days playing in his new pool, going to the park, swinging, and going to his first BBQ. The sun sure is exhausting. He took 3 naps today after being outside so much. And now his cute little cheeks are nice and pink.

Mothers Day

This is our official Mother's Day picture. Maybe I'll get Dan to get a better one later. I have more pictures I'll put up later - I've been having problems with blogger.com.

Fatter and Fuzzier

We took Jack to the arboretum on Sunday when it was nice and warm. Jack liked feeling Dan's neck hair.
This isn't a particularly great picture of Jack, but it nicely shows off how fuzzy his hair is.

And yes, he is now a thumb sucker.... when he isn't sucking his pacifier.

First shot at pancakes... I'd say he likes them.
